Initial exploration included a virtual team mapping session 48 with theclinic. This helped the team explore how PCM and the portal could be used withpatients living with anxiety and/or depression. Patient personas (simulatedcases built from local evidence) were created to guide the discussion (seeSupplemental File 3 for an overview of the steps involved in team-mapping). The2-hour team-mapping session was recorded, and a summary document was provided tothe clinic.
